Overview
The relationship between the Chief Academic Officer (CAO) and the Chief Business Officer (CBO) has become even more critical to ensure effective leadership of colleges and universities. The CAO and CBO—together—must develop and execute a clear strategy, align priorities and resources, and innovate.
To better understand and support this relationship, NACUBO and the American Association of State Colleges and Universities (AASCU) will bring CAOs and CBOs together to gain practical tools and to have deep conversations about the unique economic challenges—and opportunities—facing higher education institutions.
